Rubber powder production line Instruction
Working flow:
Waste tire---Wire drawing machine---tire cutter--Rubber shredder--- Steel wire separating machine---magnetic separating ---Rubber powder

1. Steel wire drawing machine--extract the thick steel wire.
2.tire cutter--cut the big tires into three parts
3. Conveyor-Transport the tire to the shredder.
4. Twin-shaft shredder--Shears the tire into 5- 10cm blocks;
5. Recirculation system--To control the size of shreds going to the rapers;
6. Raspers-Reduce the shreds into 15. 20mm chips and liberates steel from the rubber;
7. Over belt magnet--Separation of liberated steel from the rubber chips;
8. Vibratory feeder--Transports the rubber chips;
9. Rubber granulator machine--Size reduction of the chips to 1-4mm granules and liberates the textile fraction to air flow separation.
10. Grinder machine --Grinder rubber powder.
11.Central de-dusting unit--Remove dust and fines from the system and filter the air before returning it to the atmosphere.
1.wire drawing machine
The machine is mainly consist of Base, Base frame, Pull hook, Reduction gear, Electric control device, etc.
Install two shafts on base frame, between shafts and base frame install a pull hook, install driven gear on one end of the shaft mesh with driving gear, motor with brake type, to prevent motor inertial rotation.
In the process of drawing, two hooks hook the tire wheel rim respectively, move to the steel wire and separation of rubber’s groove plate. After go through the mouth plate, the wire along the hole on both side of the plate is pulled out slowly. When the wires are completely out of the wheels, motor will stop automatically, then get out of the wires can do next tire wire drawing.
NOTICE: This machine only to adapt to car tires(≤F800mm). Tires should be placed at the middle of the base frames.
APPLICATION:
The machine is applicable for taking off steel rings from tire beads.

2.QDJ-1200 Tyre Cutting Machine
The machine is mainly consist of Base, Static cutter holder, Moving cutter holder, Cut off oil cylinder, Press rubber frame, Press rubber oil cylinder, Hydraulic pressure station, Electric control device, etc.
The static cutter holder and moving cutter holder connected with base plate parallel by bolt. Rubber cutting cylinder and frame connected by the middle base. Press rubber oil cylinder fix on the supporting plate of column’s upper side. Rubber pressure frame fix on the corner which between base and frame by revolving shaft.
The hydraulic pressure station is consist of electromagnetic relief valve, type O electromagnetic valve, throttle valve, motor, low noise vane pump, etc. Put vane pump in the tank can give plenty space for the fuel tank gap, also very beautiful for the overall appearance.
